Part II: A Ranked Source List (An Annotated Bibliography)

An annotated bibliography is a list of citations to books, articles, and websites. Each citation is followed by a brief paragraph (the annotation) describing and evaluating the resource. The purpose of the annotation is to inform the reader of the relevance, accuracy, and quality of the resource.

Your annotated bibliography is going to be incomplete, you are only going to be citing and ranking three of your sources. In your citation be sure to use CART as a guide and explain HOW and WHY each aspect of CART is addressed, not just state that it was or not.
